About EcoHacks.org

landfillThe U.S. produces more than 30 percent of the planet’s total waste, though it is home to only 4 percent of the world’s population. On average, the U.S. throws out about 260 million tons of municipal solid waste every year. We are quickly filling up our land fills. But it doesn't have to be that way. You can make a difference by repurposing or recycling items you no longer need.

EcoHacks.org was founded in June 2020 by Dan Rohn, a serial entrpreneur who has built several of the largest Internet job portals. Guilty himself of contributing to our growing landfill mess, Dan decided it was time to act. And thus EcoHacks.org was born!

We hope you will find the site useful. If you have an idea for a hack, please email us.
